More than any other profession IT seems to have struggled a lot because of stress. Statistics shows that 97 percent IT professionals find their work much stressful. Four out of five workers claim that they feel stress even before entering their work field.

The medical profession also brings in a lot of stress. Brain storming is one of the main features in this profession. They study and then apply the knowledge to treat patients on a daily basis. They don?t have much time for themselves. They also go through a lot of stress during the time of surgeries. A lot of concentration is needed in the operation theatre. Sales and marketing jobs are also very stressful. Sales professionals always have to deal with the pressure of the customers. During busy hours it becomes really difficult for sales people to go to the toilet. Moreover, their patience has to be high enough lest they should not make misconduct with the customers. Unlike the sales managers, marketing officials have to remain tremendously busy in convincing the customers and put more emphasis on intelligence. They always have to figure out innovative ideas to support their job.

Teaching is another largely stressful job. To provide good education is teachers? major purpose. Teachers also come across a lot of pressure when dealing with the students in the classroom. Besides taking class, they also need to check the exam papers. A good teacher has to be much enduring to solve the problems of students.

Finance persons also face a lot of stress in their work field. They need to handle the accounts precisely. If any miscalculation occurs, their jobs get threatened. Financial consultants need to provide innovative service to the clients. HR administrators also face a lot stress. Sorting out competent workers and running training programs are not convenient jobs. They are rather stressful.

Tough duty is also a part of the production sector. Each and every individual in this job is very busy. Moreover, they have to maintain product quality as well as tight deadlines. The production sector workers pressurise their brains a lot.

Clerical job is also very stressful. The officials have to simultaneously execute the works given from upper level and manage the clients? demands responsibly.

The most stressful jobs have been discussed above. These jobs become more stressful when the pay is less and the people don?t get the deserved respect. The stress also increases with deadline issues. It is alarming news that extreme stress and relentless working reduce people?s longevity. Proper rest and balanced diet is required for one to stay healthy. Recreation also helps people get rid of the monotony that comes with stress.
