It is usually said that great managers are born and "not made". Actually, this is the saying that all of us in marketing industries are aware. What makes this statement true? What is the best model for management? Who was the best manager appointed in the past years? What were the styles he had use? How he controlled the entire work place and staff? What was his definition of delegation of work and how he did it? Well, I bet that you have no idea who is he and why he is the best model in this article. Find out the answers below.

To tell you the truth, Mr. Sam Walton was a person behind those innovations and techniques in marketing and business retails. Some people will tell you that in 2014 there are few opportunities to be had and it was "easier before". Others with a different and more progressive mindset will say that there are actually a ton more opportunities and simply by being aware with the 24/7 easy access we have to news & media sources on-line there are a myriad and even tons to more projects and money making avenues to he had. He was also the founder of giant industry Wal-Mart and produced small retail stores of K-Mart. He was one of the best examples of a wise manager and a customer at the same time. Do you know how? Actually, there was one point in his life that he had to do one crucial task in order to satisfy his curiosity. When he visited one branch of K-Mart, he took his voice recorder and camera with him. He captured every work that a team of employees did, recorded every loud noise and conversations of some personnel and observed what he did without their boss in charge.

Honestly, there were billions of people around the world. They were different in all aspects. Some of them know how to lead a charismatic event; some might produce an album while few want to be somebody without a specific plan. The managers are also like them. They have different inborn skills, such as innate kindness and rudeness. Most managers are comfortable with CCTV cameras in the workplace while some always visiting the employees without an initial call.

Managers are the best players in this industry. This is highest rank in a marketing position that each worker aims. However, what was the principle of Spiderman related to power and responsibility? According to him 'with great power comes with great responsibility.' and being a manager comes with lots of tasks. In a work place, delegation of work is needed.

Is a manager born or made? Can you give me your final answer now? May be, you are looking for more explanations but since this is a just a short article, references are waiting for you to read in the corner. To end this, delegation of task is also needed in a work place. A manager should know how to divide the task equally and confidently. There should be no issue and chaos related to the job.
